‘Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters’, starring Jeremy Renner, grossed a luke warm $6.02m on its Friday opening at the North American box office.  The fairy tale adaptation should finish the weekend in the top spot on approximately $15m.

‘Mama’, executive produced by Guillermo del Toro, fell 62 percent to $3.8m from last week’s impressive opening, broadly in line with market expectations.  The PG-13 horror has now grossed $39.6m during its eight days in play.

There were similar returns for two Oscar nominees.  David O Russell’s quirky romCom dropped only 22 percent for a strong $2.34m hold, which takes its overall tally to $61.8m.  From a much higher starting point, Kathryn Bigelow’s controversial Osama bin Laden thriller ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ fell 49 percent to $2.33m for a new running total of $62.4m.  Both films have enjoyed successful limited platform strategies.

The Jason Statham/Jennifer Lopez action thriller, ‘Parker’, grossed a disappointing $2.13m on its debut and should finish the three days in the $6-7m region.  Doing even worse, ‘Movie 43’ could only muster a spectacularly poor $1.8m on its opening and will struggle to hit the $5m mark over the weekend.yasmin 30 buy yasmin 28buy yasmin online uk how much does generic yasmin costyasmin vs ortho tri cyclen new yasmin genericgeneric for yasmin birth control
