‘Elysium’ regains international crown

Neill Blomkamp’s action sci-fi , ‘Elysium’, which remains active in 55 markets, returned to the No.1 spot at the international weekend box office after grossing another $17.9m over the three days.  The Chinese release of ‘Jurassic Park 3D’ had distorted the long-term picture last weekend on the back of a huge one-off return that drove the family adventure revamp to the international top spot before inevitably falling away with only 13 other territories supporting it.

Morgan Spurlock’s concert doc, ‘One Direction: This Is Us’ finished second with a creditable $14.5m during its opening weekend.  The band came into being after its members appeared on the UK version of ‘X Factor’, and, unsurprisingly, the UK proved to be the film’s most successful territory, grossing a high $5.7m.  After factoring in the first three days of North America’s Labor Day weekend, it has already earned $31.5m against a $10m production cost.doxycycline costdoxycycline genericbuy doxycycline ukdoxycycline buy
