International box office (March 29-31, 2013)

‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation’ took the international markets by storm with the strongest performance of the year so far.  The action sequel grossed an outstanding $80.3m on the back of multiple No 1’s, with Russia being the most successful territory on $11m.  After factoring in North America, its opening weekend took a whopping $132m worldwide.

Last weekends No 1, ‘The Croods’, added a further $52.5m from 59 markets during its second weekend in play.  DreamWorks’ 3D caveman adventure now stands at $140.5m internationally.

Bryan Singer’s under-performer, ‘Jack The Giant Slayer’, earned $25.2m from 52 territories in third place.  The adventure fantasy, which has struggled to justify its high budget, will cross the $100m mark during the next few days.sildalis canada buysildalis in usabuy sildalis usasildalis usa
