The first Superman movie for seven years, ‘Man of Steel’, exceeded market expectations on its North American debut when grossing an excellent $44m during Friday. Zach Snyder’s superhero adventure, starring Henry Cavill, Amy Adams and Michael Shannon, received an ‘A-’ CinemaScore and looks set to take $116m over the three days. This would be enough for it to claim the highest ever June weekend opening of all time.
‘This Is the End’, co-starring James Franco and Jonah Hill, grossed a further $6.8m on Friday after opening wide on Wednesday. The ‘end of the world’ comedy continues to overperform and will exceed $30m by Sunday night.
There were no other wide openings but the box office’s overall weekend tally is still on course for a superb $200m.buy domperidone new zealandmotilium cheappurchase motiliummotilium buy uk
