Early estimates indicate that Universal’s ‘Ride Along’ is on course for a third consecutive win at the North American weekend box office and it should gross close to $4m on Friday and $12m over the three days.
Focus’ opener, ‘That Awkward Moment’, starring Zach Efron, may finish marginally higher than ‘Ride Along’ on Friday but, after factoring in front loading, it is unlikely to reach $11m by the weekend’s close. This would be a disappointment for Focus with market analysts expecting it to hit the $15m mark.
The resilient, ‘Frozen’ should secure third place. Disney is launching a singalong version in 2,057 out of 2,754 theatres and the animation adventure should exceed $2m on Friday before accelerating to a weekend tally close to $9m.
The other wide opener, ‘Labor Day’, starring Kate Winslet and Josh Brolin, is making a slow start and looks set to finish Friday on a similar total as ‘Frozen’, which would leave it on pace for a $5.5m weekend and $2m below market forecasts.buy cialis reviews generic cialis vs brand cialis reviews online pharmacy cialis united states order cialis safely online
